...Sorry. Okay, onto business! Rather... the reason why I'm making this entry, anyway...

Oh, wait, before I do, if anyone has anything specifically against the CN show Ed, Edd & Eddy, as in you get sick / pissed off / etc. whenever anyone starts talking about it, you should probably not read the rest of this journal entry. XD

Firstly, a shoutout... I love your stories, ~sessyandozzylover!!! XD (Especially your EE&E ones!)

Secondly, a rant. About... trying to draw Ed, Edd & Eddy. Yes, you read that correctly. I'm about to rant about EE&E... and my inability to draw them. For one, EDDY'S HAIR IS SO STUPID!!! 3 dots on each side of his head and 3 long strands??? WHAT IS THAT?!?!?! I'll tell you what it is, it's very difficult to adapt into my art style, is what it is! DX I'm stuck between letting his hair grow out a little and giving him three long side-bang things, or doing something similar to how I draw older!Dib and give him a buzzcut with 3 long back-swept strands, or a messy haircut with 3 sections of bangs that hang down in front... ARRRGH!!!! DX *headdesk* Any suggestions or requests?

Double-D's easy to draw. He's got a beanie. I LOVE drawing boys with beanies! XD Ed, however... he's almost as tough to draw as Eddy, but for a different reason. I'm not sure whether to keep him with the crew cut that he has in the show, or let it grow out just a little, and if it's grown out, should I spike it? side-comb it? let it be messy? (I bet the first two would be thanks to Sarah caring about her older brother's appearance... for one reason or another.) Also, do I make him be a supertard like in the show, or will he grow out of it in the... 5 or so years that've passed, since I'm making them older...? (YAY, ARTISTS' PREROGATIVE! lol) I already know that Eddy's gonna be a flirt that thinks he's cool (he takes after his older brother) and Double-D's gonna be the smart one, of course, but... what's Ed gonna be??? ...The question for the ages...

Thirdly, a laugh. While working on EE&E's character designs at lunch, my friend Jack was trying to convince me that Eddy looked WAY too cool, and he'd never in a million years be that cool. It took him until the end of lunch, when I mentioned Eddy's older brother, that he kinda looked confused and kinda apologized, letting me know that he'd gotten Eddy and Ed mixed up. XD Good job, Jack. Good job.
