(Regarding the bad guy they're about to fight)

This is mine and my cousin, 's OCs that are based on the anime Wedding Peach. My character, Dahlia, aka Daria Murasaki (possibly to be renamed), is the one with the short hair and the tiered skirt, and my cousin's character, Orchid (Ri, does she have a name yet?) is the one with the pigtails and the sash thing... These characters belong to us, so don't you dare steal them. Got it? Rawr. B[

If you've never seen Wedding Peach before, I HIGHLY recommend (almost demand) you watch it. Just... if you're, for example, like (one of my best friends), then make sure you interrupt yourself with something a little less cute, like Bleach or Death Note, every so often or you WILL go into Cuteness-Overload. Or, if you're like me, and you thrive on cute mahou-shoujo (magical girl) anime like Sailor Moon and Tokyo Mew Mew, just go ahead and go straight through it. Just make sure to eat and sleep... It's 51 episodes long, plus 4 OVA episodes... [And if the transformation scenes get too annoying, I won't tell anyone if you decide to fast-forward through them... ]

But before you make a decision of WP without watching a few episodes, let me tell you that it KICKS SERIOUS BOOTY!!! I mean, PEOPLE DIE!!! People fall in love, people betray their comrades, people change, people break their own rules... It's great.

And if you know your flowers, and are very observant, you might notice that Angel Dahlia does not, in fact, have a dahlia anywhere on her, but instead a different flower. This is for two reasons: 1) Dahlias are %@#*^&%$)! hard to draw, and 2) I might be changing her name, as mentioned above. I really love blackberry blossoms (which are the flowers on her dress), and they go BRILLIANTLY with the color scheme I came up with for my character, but the word for blackberry in japanese is literally 'black strawberry', it's very long (Kuroichigo vs. Daria), and Blackberry sounds too much like the phone-whatever-thing. So I'm at a standstill. Do I use the flower I like better or the flower that sounds better?

In any case, I drew this with pencil, inked with pen, erased, scanned, and colored in Corel PhotoPaint.
